Tuna and Soybean Sandwich???

Never heard of it? Don’t want to try it? Well, neither did I until I read my tuna label.

Allergy Warning: Tuna and SOYBEANS! (Duh! It is a can of tuna!)

I must admit I thought they mashed up soybeans in my tuna until I started typing this email and realized that the soybeans were in a broth…even tough the other side of the can says packed in water!

And I thought I only had to worry about Mercury in my tuna! Good thing none of us are allergic to soybeans. I mean, who would think about checking a tuna label for soybeans!

Guess I need to pay closer attention to my labels! Never know when an old favorite product may sneak a new ingredient in!
