Thanks Gina! I needed to read this. I’ve struggled with Diet Coke and caffeine for a long, LONG time. Reading the article confirmed what was already in my heart. Hopefully, I can act on it.
August 1st, 2006 at 11:13 amBoohoo - I’m crying real tears here…I’ve given up everything else food-fun wise. Now I have to give up my Diet Pepsi with Lime? Well, I only drink 1 a day - so maybe that isn’t so bad….but it probably is.
