It’s Been a Crazy Week I almost forgot my Birthday!
Yes, I’ve been that busy, but it is my birthday month! Last year I had a month long celebration on this blog. This year it totally slipped my mind. So if it’s not too late, I’d like you all to celebrate my (GULP) 39th birthday! I’m not really focusing on this year’s celebration because I already have my sites set on when I turn 40! My ultimate dream party would be to rondevu with a bunch of my friends on a cruise next November. Anyone game?
Speaking of games, want to play one? If money wasn’t an object what would you give me for my birthday? And if you were me, how would you spend this year’s birthday! (I’m still debating whether I want to write my weekend away or forget the writing and relax and have fun!)
To the one who gives the most creative, right on the money answer, I’ll give a present to you! Go here for all the rules (not many) and contest whatnots!
Any idea what it is?
Books of course. To be determined after I take a look at my book shelf and see which ones I can part with!

Happy Happy Birthday! Hope it was/is great!
If money weren’t an issue, I’d buy us both airfare to someplace in Florida where we could meet IRL for the first time ever and spend hours reading and critting and brainstorming on each other’s WIPs over coffee (yes, I’d splurge for such an occasion and leave the green tea at home!)…
Ahh. I wish money weren’t an issue! That sounds fun!

November 12th, 2007 at 9:03 pmHappy Birthday, Gina! If money were no object, I’d get you a week at a charming B&B to write. I’d come join you, and we could spend the week brainstorming, writing, and relaxing with a trip to the spa!

November 23rd, 2007 at 2:48 amIf money were no object, I would give you two choices.
One: A complete all expenses paid VIP trip to Disney/Universal for your entire family. With the no wait passes, and a park escort for personalized service to ALL of the parks. And a paid babysitter for evenings out for adults to relax.
Two: A paid babysitter for your children for 10 days. An all expenses paid child free vacation to the spot of your dreams to relax with your husband. No writing allowed. You can take notes if you get an idea(don’t want to lose it), but the point is to clear the mind and enjoy yourself. You can write about it or anything esle when you get home.
While you were gone, a maid service, would clean your house for you, and return once a week for deep cleaning for one year. Once a week, on the same night, dinner would be delivered fromt the available restaurant of your choice, for one year. You would have the day off, to yourself, once a week for one year.
…except then you might not look forward to 40 because it would all stop…so maybe just a day at a 5 star hotel…alone. To read, take a bubble bath, sleep, eat, or veg in front of the TV…just to have a moment of peace and quiet;)
