I’m a mom learning to balance my family, faith, and writing career.

I Want to Apologize to My Readers…

This has been on my heart for a while, but I really haven’t had the time to put it into words. If you’ve noticed lately there’s been a lot of books and product reviews on my blog, partly because I LOVE the stuff I’m reviewing (and able to give away!) and I get to choose what I feature and want to share great, relevant things with you, and partly because I’ve been up to my neck (cliche alert for all you writers) in WIP edits and endless school projects (makes me want to homeschool again) and I don’t have the energy to write deeper, more thought provoking posts about life and family…plus family stuff is going pretty smoothly so I don’t have much to whine about!:)

But I wanted you to know how I feel and I’d like to know how you feel about the temporary turn this blog has taken (and one I wish to turn back around) and if you’re still with me. I really want to start posting about my family more, but I don’t want it to be a list of “we did this and we did that…” Though I guess it really is time for a family update, and I’ll be working on one for Thursday.

Well, I guess that’s it. I just wanted to let you know where I’m at in my busy life.

Have a blessed Sabbath! Me and my family will be going to the circus! That might prove to be post worthy material!

Just one person here, but I skip the reviews, but keep checking back for anything that comes from you. In blogging, I’m looking for what the blogger has to say. Not that reviews aren’t nice. Just encouraging you to put yourself here.

    Preacher,
Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I wonder how many people actually read the reviews? In my earlier posts when I first began blogging, I put myself WAY out there but I had a lot to share and a lot to work through. I want to get back to that because I feel like you do about blogging. I want my readers to see me and my heart!

For me - personally - I skip over reviews for the most part.
