It is Finished…Almost!
Like my new graphic? I’m going to use it every time I talk about my WIP. One of these days I’ll get to adding some words to it!
Earlier this week I SENT MY PROPOSAL OUT! That’s right. It’s in the mail! This is really a HUGE thing since I haven’t had anything ready to send out in THREE years!
But I still can’t sit back and relax. I have to edit the last 60 pages in case the agents request a full.

Congratulations on getting your proposal sent out, Gina. I know nothing about being published, but I assume you sent it to several publishers. And I thought at first that it was just a page describing the premise, but I guess it is the whole manuscript minus the last 60 pages.

May 9th, 2008 at 3:14 pmTo clarify for Carole and others, I sent a proposal which is a 15 page summary, market study and sales tool to two agents who requested it. I also sent the first 50 pages to them. If they are interested, they will ask for the full manuscript. That could take any where from two weeks to five or more months!
