Win a Kitchen Aid Mixer
I got rid of my mixer a loong time ago. Seemed I never used it. That was before kids and baking. I’m committed to baking more this summer. Grace is all for helping. In her Mother’s Day coupon book she gave me 10 (the highest) coupons for helping in the kitchen and 1 for taking out the trash!
Here’s a contest to help me (and you if you win) get on your way to baking more! I’ve really been wanting one of these
KITCHENAID STAND MIXER FROM THE GOOD PEOPLE AT FOOD CONNECT!!

May 9th, 2008 at 1:38 pmYou’ll have to tell us more about this mixer if you win, because my web filter blocked the site.
I want to start cooking more for my family, but things that call for a big mixer don’t make my list. My grandmother made cakes, piecrusts, biscuits, etc. from scratch, but failed to pass that ability down to me. But I’m going to love reading about your experiences, Gina!
May 9th, 2008 at 3:26 pmI could finally do exactly what the Barefoot Contessa tells me to do in her cookbooks, if I had this lovely, lovely mixer.
May 10th, 2008 at 11:25 amI’m going to check that out right now! Thank you!
Great contest.
May 13th, 2008 at 8:53 pmOh, I tried to ask a great question on there, but I don’t want to sign up
May 13th, 2008 at 9:03 pmto that web site they posted to. I wanted to know the best Gluten Free bread recipe.

May 15th, 2008 at 5:11 pmI have one kind of like this but it’s not as heavy duty.
The whisk attachment keeps breaking and I have to get it fixed….a new one would definitely solve that problem!
Oh dear, one of those….complicated contests….Too many steps for me, LOL. Angela - I just posted a good gluten free bread machine recipe on my blog tonight if you are interested!
