I got rid of my mixer a loong time ago. Seemed I never used it. That was before kids and baking. I’m committed to baking more this summer. Grace is all for helping. In her Mother’s Day coupon book she gave me 10 (the highest) coupons for helping in the kitchen and 1 for taking out the trash!

I want to start cooking more for my family, but things that call for a big mixer don’t make my list. My grandmother made cakes, piecrusts, biscuits, etc. from scratch, but failed to pass that ability down to me. But I’m going to love reading about your experiences, Gina!

The whisk attachment keeps breaking and I have to get it fixed….a new one would definitely solve that problem!
