A New Me!
Just wrote a whole post on this and lost it, so it’ll be the condensed version. I’ve had enough of the holiday sugar and fat and I’m joining the hundreds of others for the Sparkpeople New You Boot camp. So far the ten minute videos have been easy. I’m sure they’ll get more grueling as time goes on, but it’s a free service and like having your own personal trainer right in your living room.
When I’ve used sparkpeople to record my food and exercise I’ve actually lost weight. Then I got busy, didn’t log on and record and didn’t lose weight. I haven’t stepped on the scale yet, but I’m hoping over the holidays with me working out 45 minutes 5 days a week, I didn’t gain too much weight. But if I did, I’m confident I can take it off, eventually.
