Sworn to Protect by DiAnn Mills
I’m not quite through this one yet, but I really loved DiAnn’s last book in this series called Breach of Trust. I loved the story and the characters jumped off the page. Sworn to Protect has the same strong female protagonist and an interesting story line about a border control agent and illegal Mexicans, but the characters haven’t worked their way into my heart yet, like with the first book in the series. Still, it is a well-written, intriguing (because of the subject matter) read with just the right amount of romance (which for me is less than action.)

ABOUT THE BOOK
