Diet vs. Healthy Lifestyle
Please indulge me while I put on my health coaching hat for a moment. I talked with someone today who told me that she knows people who have gone on “diets like mine” and gained all the weight back.
# 1 I wasn’t surprised because when you “go on a diet” you ALWAYS go off it and gain the weight back.
# 2 If you gain the weight back on the programs I coach, then you didn’t do the program as it was intended; therefore you didn’t do the program. It’s not a diet; it’s a lifestyle transformation. I can show you how to change your habits and lifestyle, but I cannot force you to do it.
# 3 The programs I coach are 4 parts. All 4 parts are essential to lifetime maintenance.

If you only do 1-3 parts of the program, yes, you might gain the weight back. I provide you ALL THE TOOLS for lifelong success, but only you control your outcome.
Bottom line, ANY DIET you go on and then go off of will result in gaining weight. Period. Don’t contact me if you just want to go on a diet, I’m not your coach. Call Jenny Craig or WW.
