Top 4 reason parents and students love online learning
I get it! After 2020, you and your student are both tired or sitting behind a computer screen. You’ve been craving in person interaction, and thanks to things opening up, you’re able to get out, mingle an attend real life activities. And it’s wonderful! However, online learning has opened up a wonderful and convenient way to be in control of our children’s education. From video courses that work with your busy schedule to live interactive classes your child can take on the kitchen table while you cook dinner, online classes have more advantages than disadvantages. Here are the top 4 reason parents, teachers, and students love online learning.
1. Classes in the safety of your own home: No need to worry about what’s happening when your child is at school because you have control of where your child takes class.
2. Classes on the go: If a sibling has a soccer game, or you have a long drive or appointment wait time, your child can take class in the car or on the beach! Yes, I’ve had both happen, and even caught myself teaching in those two scenarios. It’s not ideal, but isn’t it great we have those options?
3. Flexible courses: They allow your child to take class when it’s convenient for your schedule, and they still have the opportunity to participate and engage in the classroom!
4. Quality, fun and unique courses: Many online educators, including myself, created classes out of passion and love for the subject. My courses were not designed by a one size fits all out dated educational system.
Which reason appeals to you and why? Do you have another reason you are thinking about trying online classes? I’d love to hear from you!
