How Much is a Stamp Anyway?

I lost track a few years ago? In fact, I remember mailing letters when they were 13 cents! That must have been when I started my pen pal phase. There was the girl from Italy, and boy from Algeria, girl from Malaysia, and boy from Bangladesh, plus a bunch of other pen pals in the states. But back them postage didn’t break the bank, now I cringe every time I have to mail a letter. Email is so much faster and it’s FREE! Maybe that’s why the keep raising those darn postage rates.
