If you’re starving on your diet, then you’re doing it wrong. In fact, if you’re dieting, you’re doing it wrong. Fade diets and quick weight loss gimmicks can work to get the weight off, but you will always gain it back if you do not deal with the reason why you gained the weight in the first place.
